Patient Services Representative
Patient Services Representative will work in a fast-paced clinical environment. This position serves as a first point of contact for patients and works closely with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and other team members to deliver a professional and positive patient experience.

  Greet patients and manage front-desk check-in and check-out

  Answer and process incoming patient calls and emails
  


• 
  Schedule and coordinate patient appointments using centralized scheduling systems
  


• 
  Verify and update patient demographic, billing, and insurance information
  


• 
  Check insurance eligibility and explain coverage and self-pay guidelines
  

Qualifications

• 
  High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  


• 
  13 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
